I offer three levels of 1:1 baby and child sleep support, so you can choose the amount of guidance that feels right for your family.
1 hour call - A one-off deep dive into your child’s sleep. We’ll look at their individual sleep needs, schedule, nights, naps and whatever you’re struggling with, and you’ll leave with personalised recommendations and a clear idea of what to do next. Perfect if you mainly need guidance, reassurance or a fresh set of expert eyes.
3-Call Support - Designed for families wanting to work through one specific sleep challenge, such as early rising, false starts, bedtime struggles, night weaning or a sleep transition. You’ll have an initial consultation followed by check-ins so we can see how things are going, troubleshoot and make adjustments together.
4-Week Full Support - My most comprehensive level of support, designed for hourly or frequent wakes, multiple sleep challenges, or families who want bigger changes with me alongside them throughout the process. We’ll dig into the whole picture, create an individualised plan and work together over four weeks, making adjustments based on how your child responds.
-
No. My approach is responsive and individualised. I won’t ask you to leave your baby to cry alone or use timed check-ins. We can make meaningful changes to sleep while continuing to comfort and respond to your child. We act in hours, not weeks. This doesn’t mean this approach is tear free.
-
Possibly… and I’ll always be honest about that. Making changes can bring frustration, especially when your little one is used to something happening a certain way.
My approach isn’t about preventing every tear; it’s about how we respond to those tears. Your child can be upset about a change while still being held, comforted, reassured and supported by you. You will never be asked to leave your child to cry alone.
-
Yes, absolutely. You do not have to move your child into a cot simply because you’re working with me. Your goals are your goals. If you’re happy bedsharing and simply want fewer wakes, we can work within that.
-
Babies aren't robots (would make my job significantly easier 😂). Sleep isn't always linear, which is why ongoing support can be so valuable. We look at what's happening, make adjustments and continue working towards your goals rather than expecting one plan to magically work overnight. I am with you to the end!
-
Every child is different. Some families notice changes within the first few days, while others need more time, troubleshooting and adjustment.
I don’t promise overnight transformations or give you a plan and expect your baby to magically follow it. We watch what your child is telling us, adjust where needed and move at a pace that feels manageable for your family.
-
Yes! I work virtually with families around the world. Consultations and support can all be completed online.
-
I don’t start with a method. I start with your child.
Before making changes, I look at the whole picture: your child’s individual sleep needs, 24-hour sleep totals, temperament, development, feeding, sensory needs, sleep environment and what is actually realistic for your family.
There are no generic schedules or one-size-fits-all plans.
We figure out what’s actually contributing to the sleep struggle, then make responsive, realistic changes that align with how you want to parent.
-
I support families with children from 5 months through to 7 years old.
That can look very different depending on the age - from frequent night wakes, false starts and naps in babyhood to bedtime battles, night waking, early rising and sleep transitions with toddlers and older children.
-
Item descriptionAbsolutely not. Independent sleep only needs to be a goal if you want it to be.
You can feed to sleep, cuddle your child, lie beside them, bedshare or continue supporting them at bedtime and still work on other areas of sleep.
My job isn’t to decide what your child's sleep should look like. You tell me what is and isn't working for your family, and we work from there.

Let's chat. No pressure, no commitment - just tell me what's going on with sleep and we'll figure out where to start.
